Very High pitched

There is a very high pitched noise coming from my powerbook, only when the power adapter is connected.

Now my power adapter is not faulty, as it was just replaced.

Does this happen to anybody else?

Oh, and its not the same squeeking as when visiting a secure site in Safari.

Don't worry about it oldschool. I think all of us 15" alubookers have this. It seems to be narrowed down to the power adaptor and is only really noticeable when the thing is plugged in or set to "high cpu" However, i believe apple should address this problem. Some of us have sensitive ears!
