Settings Application Missing post 1.1.3

Hi,
After upgrade to 1.1.3 using the officalDev teams process I appear to have lost the settings icon and the application isn't included in the Applications folder on the phone.

I am doubt the upgrade process lost it I think it was when I uninstalled the old 1.1.2 applications that didn't work any longer or didn't appear post upgrade.

Does anybody else have this problem? found a work around other than rebuilding the phone and repeating the process?

Could somebody post or email me the Settings App from a 1.1.3 phone, I am thikning putting this back into the application folder might get me up and running again.

I have unlocked and jailbroken my 16gb iphone with ijailbreak. I installed extended preferences or advanced and uninstalled. Now i can't launch or find the settings icon. Did you ever find a solution?

in the end I couldn't find a resolution so started again and second time I didn't have the same problem.
