36 grit 3M sandpaper with vegetable oil for a lubricant.
Rub furiously in large circular motion, then do a "W" pattern taking care to always maintain a wet edge. Anything left over, hookup the 2500PSI pressure washer, point at monitor with a zero degree tip and be sure it's plugged in and powered on as that helps you see better. If you dip the power cord in a bucket of cold water it helps clean the chord, too (again, only while the power is ON).
