Lazy Finder takes his time showing files

Hi All,

I upgraded to Leopard on my MBP (not C2D) and noticed no problems whatsoever.

But now... when I browse through directories in finder, he'll take his time showing me the contents of the directory. It used to be immediate, now it takes 2-3 seconds, even more for external hard disks.

Has anybody else seen this problem?
