PowerMac G5 - Macbook Pro

So I have the opportunity to trade my Macbook Pro for a PowerMac G5 + Cinema Display. Here are the specs of each

my MBP:
15" Core 2 Duo 2.33ghz Glossy
3gigs of RAM
200gig 7200rpm
Leopard 10.5.1
AppleCare until like December 2009

his PowerMac g5:
Dual 1.8ghz
1.5gig RAM
80gig HD
100gig HD
airport card
older style cinema display 20"
adobe cs3 master collection
final cut studio 2
+ $200 cash


I do a lot of graphics and video production, and I'm wondering if this would be a good/bad trade, if I should ask for anything else.

Stick with the Macbook Pro it will be way more powerful. Unless however you need the software.

If it's not a good trade, how much would be a good asking price if I were to sell my MBP to buy a MacPro? How much should I ask for this:

Leopard 10.5.1 (Tiger disks included but not installed)
InvisibleShield Full Body shield
Speck SeeThru Case (used until InvisibleShield came)
All original accessories (charger, box, dvi to vga cable, etc.)
AppleCare until December 2009
Mint condition, 1 scratch on the lid

I'd ask for about $2200-2400 seems fair to me.
