msn, hotmail, windows live users

So I just realized that when i send emails with my msn email account, theres an ad placed in the signature. this is really annoying and i find it tacky, is there a way to get rid of it? thanks guys

It kinda replaces a subscription charge or usage fee for using their e-mail service.

So no, there is no way to get rid of it.

I live with it, but it's for personal use, so my contacts can cope. If it was for professional use, I'd find a better service.

Yes. Most free email services do it. It's the only way they can make money. If you want email without adverts you are going to have to pay for it.

Really work with Gmail, much easier.. :) but, i also use hotmail :( for chatting because everybody in belgium uses it..

It's the same way over here, I have a hotmail account just for chatting (which emails it receives I never check, mostly spam) and my .mac and gmail accounts for mail.

They put adverts next to all of the emails that you receive. I think you are right though, they don't put them on emails that you send.
