iPod touch Has anyone managed to buy the new apps recently?

I first saw this mentioned on here in a thread about 10 days ago. I upgraded my iPt to 1.1.3 when I bought it just under two weeks ago but didn't buy the new apps at the time.

Now I'd like to buy them and I'm having problems. The iPt is running 1.1.3 and is connected to my MBP. Sync is not on manual. I Tunes is 7.6. I go to the iTunes store and click to buy the new apps. This opens a page which tells you about them. The only link on that page is the OK button at the bottom, which takes you back to the previous page.

Is it me or is there a problem? The troubleshooting pages are more about if you've bought the apps but can't find them.
