I kind of knew this but I think I might start cutting back. In my coffee or tea I put so much sugar it's like melted coffee ice cream. I drink a lot of juice, I love fruit snacks, and whenever there's chocolate, I'll be sure it's gone. Not very good, not very good at all. I'd say this is my weak spot when it comes to my diet.
