just tried to jailbreak my phone,

realised i deleted all my apps a while ago by accident, i would restore from my tiger cd, but i lost that....

help,

please,

and yes, im possibly the stupidest person on the planet right now but hey the smart dumb balance is now restored!

thanks for any help!
 
You'll need to get an install disc. Apple should be able to send you new ones for your computer for a small fee. You can then use Pacifist to pull off the individual apps you need.
