dedicated server for macs

Hi,
I'm setting up 5 web sites, one hub and four others linked, three of the four will have huge amounts of video, about 100GB or so in total, I'm starting to look for a dedicated server site and was hoping someone out there has a good place to look and maybe also where to steer clear of. Thanks for your time.:)

One suggestion I have is to use youtube for your video hosting, and imbed the video on your site, so you don't have to foot the bandwidth. That is, if your video falls within the appropriate guidelines for youtube (or google video, too).
