On the iTunes store an album I wanna buy is on there twice with two difference prices.

I wanna get Cross by Justice on the Canadian iTunes but it's $7.92 and the other is $9.99...

whats the diff? Is one a higher bit-rate?

IDK about that particular album but it is possible that one of them is a deluxe version and the other is a standard version of the album.

iTunes sometimes has multiples of albums at different prices. Buy the cheaper, you'll get the exact same thing. Don't waste your money on the same thing.
