I swtiched about a year ago. Recently, I had problems with my ibook, bought in Nov. 2002. I had to have two logic boards replaced. I recently made a call to Apple customer care(corp.headquarters). All I can say is that I'm very impressed. I recieved a call back promptly, and they are going to replace my ibook with a new one. It's nice to see that customer service is not dead, and that a large company believes in taking care of their customers. Apple, you have won me over for life! Thank you!
