That was nice! I too am excited for Obama. He's been guy from the outset, and I'm hoping he pulls the nomination off.

After watching this video, I went grocery shopping today, and a nice little crowd of 50 or so people were standing at the intersection of Colesville and Georgia in Silver Spring, Maryland with Obama signs chanting "yes we can!" Seemed like everyone driving by was excitedly honking in agreement. I wish I'd brought my camera.

But do we know?

Oh, wait. This is about Obama. Right, gotcha.

Still, I wish him luck against Hillary.

The other night, just for the heck of it, I went to his web site. My only question is: How come he doesn't have more stuff there? Just a couple quick sound-bite statements, an introductory video, and a sign-up form.

Just take a look at just about any of the other candidates' sites and you can see his is kind of lacking.

Did you go to the index page?

There's this BIG BUTTON called "Issues" right at th top, and you can drill-down on any issue you're interested in reading about. Under "Learn" (another big button) you can even read transcripts of all his speeches or the "Know the Facts" section, which is similar to the FactHub on Hillary's site (in fact, you'll see some comments about Clinton's repeated refusal to comment about how to enforce her healthcare mandate... which recently she gave a very disturbing soundbite hitting the AP that it may involve garnishing wages). Check out "Education". More information than you'll want to read, I'm sure. Much like Hillary, there is a "MEDIA" section that has video clips for folks that like reading them.

I think any perception that you're somehow experiencing a lack on information is very strange to me. Moreover, I'm still stricken by the fact that on their respective Senate websites, Barack publishes his voting record while Clinton does not. I mean, you can find the info elsewhere... but should you have to?

Senator Barack Obama - Available

Senator Ted Kennedy - Available

Senator Hillary Clinton - MIA

Hmm... Well, the link works now, but when I went there before, all I saw was the page I described above.

I appreciate the info. Thanks.

Some absolutely HILARIOUS stuff is coming out from the YouTubers.
A friend passed me the "No, You Can't" video this evening.

"YES WE CAN" SPOOFS:

NO, YOU CAN'T

It was a creed snuck into the founding
documents that denied the destiny of
a nation. No, You Can't! Vote GOP?
