I've been trying to get Scribus to work for my publishing needs, and I noticed that somehow I didn't have X11 installed.
Well, I put in my set-up DVD and reinstalled X11, but some other stuff got reinstalled as well, it appears, and now I'm missing 6 gigabytes of drive space available.
I did a back-up recently with my FW hard drive, and I'm wondering if I shouldn't just find a way to put all of that back on here and go from there, but I don't have the faintest idea how to go about doing that.
I haven't lost any data, but I still can't get Scribus to work (it times out on the X11 app launch), and some just seems "off" about my system.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks much!
