I have about 3000 contacts in my address book and need them all on my iPhone. But I find a huge oversight with the phone. I can't figure out a way to search the names on the phone. Does anyone know a way to do this with the existing OS or by adding an app? I hope they add this soon it is really maddening not being able to remember the last name or only knowing the company name and not being able to find the contact.
