I don't think online sales include the totes. -- And I had to ask the Willow Bend (Dallas) Apple store for the bag when buying a MBA today - no one knew they existed and had to dig one out from the back.

When I got my MBA at The Grove Store in LA on Friday, I got no tote... just the white plastic bag.

When I bought mine in SF on Friday I got the nice black paper bag and then they put it with the other stuff I bought in a white bag. Probably the best as I took the bus home...

For 99.9% yes. If you see all the posts I have had, I have had a great relationship with a store. Plus a few other things that help.
