If ur on safari and your on the bottom of the web page just tap where it says "ipod" then the Wi-Fi connection strength and it will quickly take you up to the top of the page where you can access the address bar and etc.

lol, or you can tap the status bar (where the clock is).. It does the same thing. Sometimes I have to tap it twice.
congrats for finding it. but yea, that feature has been there. u can jus tap anywhere in the top bar and it will bring you back up.
