ProCare - how to buy?

Hi. If one has already waded through the debates and decided that ProCare adds value and wishes to purchase it, how is it procured? Can it be mail-ordered like AppleCare, or do you need to show up in-person at the Apple Store and buy it ONLY there?

I've asked about this, and ridiculously even if you're a business it seems like you can't order it from anywhere but an Apple store. Eventually I had to send someone down there with my credit card.

Crazy.
