Hi,

done something stupid today.

Installed program called "Categories", which is very nice btw. Because of my own stupidity called one of the categories "Settings".

After that my system settings icon became a "category" icon, but when I deleted that category, system settings icon didn't came back!

So now I can't access settings at all :(

Any idea how can I fix it without restoring jailbreaking it again? I would assume Categories problem replaced some link for setting icons or something..

Please help :)

Try restarting the unit.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling Catagories...

Thanks mate, I've tried restarting didn't help.

Haven't uninstalled Categories yet, but I suspect it won't work as well as I believe Categories overwritten some system files and it won't restore it on uninstall.

I wonder if there is a way to simply put Settings icon back..

please delete this thread, found my problem.

Stupid me, by mistake added setitngs into "games" category, thats why it "disappeared" for me :)

Anyway, can confirm that Categories works very nice with 1.1.3 and is awesome app to organize your icons.

Where did you find the program called "Categories"?
