the $20 app pack basically equates to you going over the Apple Store and giving them $20 for no apparent reason.

Its like a penalty fine for those that are too lazy to JB their iTouch.

Software Development Kit scheduled for release at the end of Feb which will allow third party developers to create native apps for the iPhone/iPod touch.

You know, Wikipedia can really solve many of these acronyms.
