In the tradition of the other threads 'where to physically buy your MBA'
let's see what's going on in Germany. My Apple Premium Reseller has none,
maybe in 1-2 weeks. Gravis has none, they expect the first ones (1.6/80)
in two weeks. Cyberport (online shop) has just changed availability from
Feb 7th to Feb 28th...

Any other observations so far?
