Wasn't it Motorola who will not be able to ship its camera phones until after the new year?

Yes.... it is!

who cares, motorola's phones suck anyways. they were good back in the startac days when i had one, but other than that they blow, just like their processors now.

Um, the phone is running Linux. There is no QuickTime for Linux. There is no WiMP for Linux. RealPlayer is the only choice for Linux users (of the main 3 companies). I don't see how this is "snubbing Apple".

I'm sure Moto would snub us if they could though.

I mean if they want to develop for linux, I guess they really didn't have any other choice. Besides, RealOne isn't THAT bad.

Something is lingering in my head. What kind of "operating system" do cell phones use? I thought it was all proprietary stuff. Didn't know there was a linux os out there for phones......

Would it be very hard to port QT to the linux phone? Well it doesn't matter. QT for cellphones isn't a big market anyway.
