So I finally successfully 1.1.3 JB and got SSH running thru cyber duck.

I have all these wallpaper files I want to put into my iTouch.

But which file do I drag them into???

I figured out the Summerboard problem, of it having to go to mobile/library/summerboard/themes.

but how about just wallpapers???

I have read on some forums that I need to find the media/wallpaper file. this does NOT exist on my iTouch.

ANY HELP PLS?????

i just need the directories....

Here's my list of what I see under /private/var
cron
db
empty
keychains
log
logs
mobile
msgs
preferences
root
run
tmp
vm
x
xtmp

which directory?

under /private/var/mobile this is what i have
addressbook
bigbiss
caches
calendar
callhistory
categories
cookies
installer
keyboard
mail
maps
preferences
safar
sms
summerboard
voicemail
youtube

thanks for the help...

Themes currently download into
/private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes
just copy the themes out of there and into
/private/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

Thanks, but I already knew that..
I wrote above that "I already figured out the summerboard problem"
I even wrote mobile/library/summerboard/themes.

I was looking for where i can put WALLPAPER files.
You know, when you go into settings, general, wallpaper, you get that page of wallpaper thumbnails. I want to add or delete those. For example, the pic of the Earth.

Any ideas?

Make a folder called Wallpaper or whatever you want and put jpeg or png's in there and sync into photos. They will then be available in settings - general - wallpaper, etc.
