Repair Disk, Log , Need help!

I left my laptop on and came back to it later on. It was off, I have all the standby modes disable, including screen and hard drive. So I am wondering if it got screwed up, my boss close my laptop screen while I was running something. LOL , I do not work a job where they permit laptop use during work hours but I was doing something then I figure on my lunch break I come back to it since it is a small company it be fine.

Thanks, didnt think it would of been that easy to fine. I just figured someone would have to think about what the file is and tell me if something is out of spec.
