iChat - How to disable all iChat but Rendezvous (internal) on the server?

I am a teacher in a school. We have students that use laptops with iChat on it. I would like to disable iChat on the server so that only Rendezvous is enabled but external communication is not possible. We don't want the students/teachers using iChat to contact anyone outside of the school. Is this preference possible? I need to do this somehow with the server.

Block it at the FW (firewall) and you are done.

Perhaps this (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93208) may help. It is an Apple Knowledge Base article about which ports iChat needs open to contact external users.

<edit> What I meant was that you can use this list to find out which ports to block at the firewall.</edit>
