Removing CD from drive?

I am unable to eject my CD from my drive as I am stuck in windows installation in bootcamp that wont work. Whats the key to press to manually extract the cd from the drive?
 
Hold the trackpad button at the boot chime. I believe you can also use Option to open the boot menu then use the Eject key from there.
