restroring a 1.1.1 via itunes and KEEPING the current firmware

my iphone is being buggy (installer.app) not working. I want to do a complete restore to factory settings and re-unlock it. When i go to itunes and hit "restore" it says it will restore the system back to factory setting AND automatically update it to the latest version (1.1.3) 🙁

any way to restore while KEEPING my 1.1.1 firmware.
