A way to know the lifespan of a Cinema Display?

I just got a used 23 ACD, the guy selling it says was only turned on very few hours and is a 2 year old, want to know if it's true... image looks great and have no color anomalies besides a few dead pixels.

I don't mean using the serial number and checking in Apple database, but using an utility to know how much time has been used, the estimated remaining panel life, any ideas?

I already paid the display for $600 dlls but.... have to know what to expect.

Mine all put in some insane hours and have no problems. I think they are pretty tough.

Just use something like PiXel Check and make sure the backlight is even and the colors are all where they are supposed to be...
