Selling on my iPod Touch

I plan on selling my 16Gb Touch to upgrade to the 32Gb model but have one question.

If I reset the 16Gb Touch what happens to the January update I purchased?

If you downgrade to 1.1.1 - do a restore, and then upgrade to 1.1.3 - the one from apple on itunes, your touch will be clean and the apps will be installed. Might take one or two syncs.
