Transfer iTunes Library to new computer

I just bought a macbook air. My entire iTunes library is on my macbook which also has all my photos, artwork, ringtones, etc... My question is how can I transfer all this over without losing the artwork, playlist, ratings etc... I want to make my air my main computer for syncing. Are there any utilities or tutorials on how to do this?

or hook a firewire up to both comp
then restart the one you want the info off of
and hold t
