1.1.2 jailbreaked -> 1.1.3 official dev : reset at 33% writing image

i've an old 1.0.2 OOB
jailbreaked and upgrated at 1.1.1 and then at 1.1.2
i've disinstalled all third programs leaving only BSD Subsystem, Installer, Open SHH (disabled) - all last versions avaible
soft reset the iphone
trying update firmware to 1.1.3 using installers procedure (Dev official 1.1.3-3).
for the 3rd time at the quite end of the process
33% writing image
iphone crash and appears iTunes restore mode screen.
any help on how to finish the process ?

i need to insert original AT&T sim during this process ?
(i've setup to never the turn off option)

yes, thanks i know that process to recover the iphone and come back to 1.1.2
i'd like to know what else i can do to have a 1.1.3 working
as said it's the 3rd time i've done it, with no success
it's really odd, noone, as i've read, report those strange problems, isn't it ?

any workaround (or other sources) for that ?
probably the problem was in effect i've not downgraded previously my jailbreaked 1.1.1
so that could be the problem on 1.1.3 crash upgrade

I've seen in about screen.
I've now a 1.1.1 (3A109a) and Modem firmware 04.02.13_G
may i upgrade to 1.1.2 and then 1.1.3 without need to baseband downgrade ?
