Need Help Quick

So last night I was downloading Cheemapack for Customize. It wants to reset as usual but this time it freezes completely. So I reset the whole thing and then I get an Apple logo with a flickering white screen with black lines. So I could do nothing else and I try to restore it back to 1.1.1 on iTunes 7.5. Problem is that once I start it, I always get this message
