I went from 1.1.3 to 1.1.1 and I'm trying to get to 1.1.2...

I am using this http://www.iclarified.com/entry/comments.php?enid=455 guide and I am trying to upgrade to 1.1.2. I have downloaded Oktoprep. As of now I have downloaded the 1.1.2 firmware and have OPTION updated my iphone to it. I get an error afterwards in itunes with a code 1506 or something at the end. Then when I go to use the jailbreak.jar file it says it cannot connect. Can anyone please help me through?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Maybe I should just stay at 1.1.1...I was able to go from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 but then I couldn't install anything from Installer and I couldn't use any of my ringtones or Edge.

Did you close iTunes as instructed before running jailbreak.jar?

Yes. The thing is that iTunes doesn't take my iPhone out of recovery mode after I update to 1.1.2. Then jailbreak doesn't want to connect.

Is there a way I can just start over? If I restore my iPhone to 1.1.3 through iTunes will it bring my iPhone back to factory settings? Thanks for any help.
