I have 1.1.3 touch with 20$ apps. If it jailbreak it....

If i jail break it and go back to normal factory settings will there be any way i can get those apps back without paying for them again?

The file is installed onto your computer, so if you downgrade then upgrade to 1.1.3, the file will automatically synchronize back.
