I'm looking for a good monitor to use for photo editing and graphics work. I'm not a professional, but I use an Apple monitor in class, so I don't want to go home to something too much worse than that. <800 is ideal. Any suggestions? What do you all use and how is it workin' out?

well at some point very soon dell will be releasing the 2408wfp-that may be your best bet as the previous one was supposedly great one despite its problems. I say supposedly only because I have never personally seen it in the real world myself but I have read nothing but good things about it

Check out the NEC 24" LCD2490WUXi. It has next generation IPS technology... kinda like getting the latest Apple display without the wait.
