I have bought my iphone 3 weeks ago and went to DC so have to change my time manually even after changed time zone from London, UK to DC, USA.

Checking options online Ihave seen that I can switch on an option for the iphone to change the time zone and time automatically.

I went to General / Date & Time but there are only the following options:

24-Hour Time
Time Zone
Set Date & Time
Calendar

and i can't find the following:

Choose General > Date & Time and turn Set Automatically to ON

I am on verison 1.1.3 / O2 / UK

Anyone can help, it would be great

It's pretty clearly in the Date & Time section under General settings on the iPhone here, also on 1.1.3.

The other settings aren't there unless you set it to off.

However, I suspect that you might see different options if you've got WiFi and/or EDGE settings turned off due to traveling (i.e., it might not give you the option because the automatic option requires internet access).

Doesn't seem to exist on my iPod Touch either .

the iphone uses the cell network to set time automatically - since the ipod touch has wifi only, this option is not available.
