Removing BoosTool?

Alright so i upgraded to 1.1.3 (finally) jailbroken and i installed bosstools to reallocate my application partition, if i remove bosstools will it make this partition unusable or cause unwanted ipod functionality? The icon is just an eye sore and i want if gone, lol

Feel free to uninstall BossTools, it will just uninstall the App and not effect what you did with it.
