Stuck in step 6 of the unlocking process

Hi. I'm trying to unlock a 16gb iPhone. In step 6, while I'm installing 1.1.1 , I get a window in iTunes that says "Preparing iPhone for restore...". I've been stuck here for 1 hour and a half, is that normal?

Well, I've tried again without success...So now I'm trying to restore the original firmware, to start again, and I'm stuck on the same screen...

Any ideas?
