How to save photo to my iphone

You have to add it to your photo sync file on your computer and then sync it down to the iPhone. You can't move it out of mail on the iPhone itself (same as with photos you've taken on the iPhone).
 
after you view the photo , Just hold your finger on it ! then a box will appear choose save image 😉, Goodluck
