One of my computers has decided to unhide all of the normally hidden OS X directories on the main disk. This is what you typically see when you mount a drive with OS X onto a computer already booted on another drive. These normally invisible directories are now all visible.

Does anyone know hoe to fix it? I understand that the /.hidden file is no longer relevant in 10.5

Btw this is on a core 2 Duo MBP running 10.5.2 and it has been a while that these have been visible - I have no idea what caused it.
