Great, i first did an update from 10.5.1 up to .2 and after my mac did a second restart while he was booting up my finder likes to restart every five seconds which makes it unable to use.. cuz of this i cant open a finder window, the menubar appears and than dissapers all the time.

So i was forced to do a clean install and guess what, i have the same problem again.. this update likes to breake the finder on my new mbp.

What can i do to fix it? 🙁

Personally I'd recommend installing Tiger 10.4.11. It's rock solid.

i am testing 10.5.2, if it as rubbishy as 10.5.1, definitely going to tiger till Leopard becomes as solid as Tiger.

Repair your permissions and run "sudo periodic daily weekly monthly" from the Terminal to make sure all the normal system maintenance tasks get completed.

Yeah, i tried that.. and i did repaier the permissions before i was updating to 10.5.2 but it screwed up my system.
The only way was to format and do a fresh clean 10.5.0 and than updating to 10.5.2 🙁

Worse thing...
