I just got my Macbook today. I'm just wondering if the Macbook were updated within the 14 days I have to return it if they would replace it for the newer one? Does it have to be unopened for that to happen because I'm not sure I can wait for 14 days without opening it?

FRICKKKK!!! My macbook is supossed to be here tomarrow. Can i return it even though it is refurbed and get a new 2.4GHZ macbook?
