iPod touch Help

I found an iTouch & i want to restore it.
I try to but when i plug it in a window pops up saying to enter the password
on the iTouch first.
I've tried & now it says "iPod disabled connect to iTunes".
Help please/

You should check Contacts, Mail, etc for contact information and return it to the owner.

I agree with thesdx..not sure how much help you will get here for a product that is not really yours...

I tried that already; there's nothing in it.
I looked through contacts but nothing.

Then you should turn it in to the police/security/etc. based on where you found it.

I don't think you'll get a lot of help here reinitializing an iPod you found and chose not to report.
