Unlocked: "Call failed" for missed calls...?

Whenever I miss a call, I get a "call failed" screen. Nothing technically went wrong, but it will just show "called failed." It happens on my phone and my girl's phone too... Both are unlocked using T-Mobile. 1.1.3

Any ideas? Thanks

I've got an unlocked 1.1.1 phone and have noticed the Call Fail dialogue appear but haven't understood why. It's only been there a few times though.

So it happens if you're in a call and somebody else calls you but you don't respond/answer them??

Exactly.... I just unlocked it yesterday so I haven't seen if it happens in just a regular missed call.

I first experienced this problem back when I was using 1.1.1. I upgraded to 1.1.3 hoping that it would fix the problem, but it didn't. In fact, it seems more frequent after I upgraded but I can't confirm that. I'm also using T-mobile (unlocked with the anysim application).

I receive this error for regular missed calls as well as 'call waiting' missed calls.

Sadly, I have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it.

same prob here but jailbroken not unlocked. lame. tried twice, even.
