iTunes + CoverSutra - a question of Dock Dominance....

So I love CoverSutra, its my favorite thing in a long time. I dream of being able to hide itunes from the dock while CoverSutra is running so that I need not have both of them "visible"

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to remove the icon of a program that is currently running from the dock. I googled and the only thing I found forced the menu bar to poof as well which, well, is not optimal.
