When I first did my setup the only 2 options I had in Movies were Trailers and My Movies and in TV Shows I only had the options of My TV Shows and Favorites. When I tried to navigate to Music -> Music Videos it was saying that it was unable to connect to the iTunes Music store.
It took me a while but I finally found that my Location (which can be found in Settings->General->iTunes Store->Location) was set to a country other than the United States. Once I made this change all the options appeared as they are supposed to.
