Transferring large file from PC laptop to Apple laptop wirelessly? (Help)

I have a 6GB file on my Windows Vista laptop that I want to transfer to my MBP (10.5.2).

Both laptops are connected wirelessly to the linksysWRT54G router.

How do I begin to do this?

I appreciate any help🙂
