is CleanApp as clean as the software's own uninstaller?

i often wonder

is it the same to use CleanApp to remove a certain software and with the uninstaller of the software itself?

or does CleanApp do the job more cleanly?

for example like Aperture

i want to uninstall Aperture, but i seems not able to find the uninstaller for Aperture

so supposedly Aperture do have the uninstaller, does using CleanApp to remove Aperture can be as clean as using the very own Uninstaller?
