When booting off my Panther install cd, it boots up fine, proceeds to the grey on grey apple logo then switches to a warning sign and the cd spins down!

I'm starting to think I'm jinxed here

Any help?

What are the specs of your Mac?

320mb - 10Gb HD
ATI Rage 128VR

All within specs... I'm using 10.2.8 right now
