Apple.ca 2 credit cards

Hello,

Earlier today i Phoned apple about making an order using 2 credit cards (certain amount on each covering total) and they said yes its possible, however when i go to checkout i enter my card information but there is nowhere to enter a 2nd at all....And i cant even find an email address to email apple about....anyone know how to do this?

Order over the phone. The US store has a button before entering payment info that says pay with two credit cards.
